Eastpoint Perimeter Planting Plan for Spoil Disposal at the Eastpoint Breakwater Site. This project will entail coordination with the Conservation Corps of the Forgotten Coast to havest, transport, propagate, deliver, install and monitor approximately 5,000 Spartina Alternaflora plants over a perios of up to 3 years.
